Contents Cleaning & Restoration

Quality Emergency Services is a disaster restoration company that offers two types of cleaning: structural and contents.

• Structural cleaning is wall-washing, carpet cleaning, cupboards, etc. - the things we can’t remove from the house.

• Contents cleaning is the cleaning of upholstered furniture, hard furniture, dishes, clothes, etc. - the things we can remove.

Our company will provide a detailed estimate to your insurance company and/or the insured. Once coverage is confirmed and the appropriate authorizations are secured, the cleaning and repairs will take place as quickly as possible. This includes pack-out, dry cleaning, laundry and deodorization of the structure.

When you have damage to your home (i.e. water, fire or a puff back), we come into your home and make an assessment of what we need to take and clean. The items are brought back to our facility, cleaned and placed in our ozone room, if necessary. They are repacked and stored, waiting for the proper time to return them to your home. In certain situations, cleaning of contents is done at the location of the loss.

We also provide cleaning after the reconstruction of your loss. This includes general housekeeping, carpet cleaning and wall washing, which may be dirty as a result of the reconstruction.
