Emergency Services is a disaster restoration company
that offers two types of cleaning: structural and contents
cleaning.
-
Structural cleaning
is wall-washing, carpet cleaning, cupboards, etc. - the
things you can’t remove from the house when you move.

Contents cleaning
are the upholstery, hard furniture, dishes, clothes, etc. - the things you can
take when you move.
 Our
company will provide a detailed estimate to your insurance
company and/or the insured. Once coverage is confirmed and the appropriate
authorizations are secured, the cleaning and repairs will
take place as quickly as possible. This includes pack-out,
dry cleaning, laundry and deodorization of the structure.As an added service to our
customers our company has a “Content Cleaning Area”, “On-Site Cleaning Crew” as
well as “Climate Control” Storage”.
What this
means is that when you have damage to your home (i.e. flood,
fire or a puff back) we come into your home and make an
assessment of what we need to take and clean. We use a
program called POI (i.e. Pack-Out Inventory) which
keeps track of your items with barcodes that are programmed
to a computer scanner. What this does is help us keep track
of your personal items as it goes through the process for
cleaning and storage. All your items are either tagged or
box then are transported back to our shop. The items that
are brought back to our shop are placed in our ozone room to
be ozone several times if needed, thermal fogged if needed
and cleaned. When these procedures have been completed your
items are then repacked and placed in storage waiting for
the proper time to have them returned to your home.The “on-site” cleaning crew
deals with the items that are not removed from your home. They also clean-up
after the reconstruction part of your claim. This includes general housekeeping,
carpet cleaning, wall washing and cupboards, which may be dirty as a result of
your loss or the reconstruction.
In conclusion, our cleaning crew
has over 10 years of cleaning experience and has successfully completed
professional training courses in the above mentioned areas. Please feel free to
